Prayer Bell at L'Abri à Suvigny

Invitation to Solitude and Silence – 27th to 29th July – arrive on the 26th if residential - a 3 day retreat giving time and space for yourself and God to be together. Some direction will be given each day. Suggested donation – 25 euro or pounds per person per day.

De Spil Work Week 1 – 1st to 8th August – The group will come with Victor to help with the renovations within the monastic day. For rates, contact De Spil at victor@retraitecentrum.nl

Summer Encampment near the Barn

Community Work Week – 9th to 13th August – an opportunity for people from the Community and beyond to join in with the renovations within the monastic day. Suggested donation – 20 euro or pounds per person per day.

De Spil Work Week 2 – 15th to 22nd August – a quieter week for those preferring a smaller group from Holland to join in with the renovations and the monastic day. For rates, contact De Spil at victor@retraitecentrum.nl Led by Paul and Jorien Visser.

Day visitors and children – we suggest any contribution in cash or kind that you feel appropriate. Please do not stay away for financial reasons.

Christian Family summer break - we are offering the opportunity for Chrisitian families to stay in the Normandie countryside and use us as a base, while exploring the local places of interest eg. Mt St Michel, or spend time on the nearby unspoilt beaches. When you are not out and about, we invite you to join with us in our daily monastic rhythm using Celtic Daily Prayer. Bring your own tent or caravan.
